2/3 c sugar
1/3 c flour
4 egg yolks
2 c milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 banana
1 baked pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium saucepan, cook sugar, flour, egg yolks milk and butter until thick on medium heat, stirring constantly. Add vanilla. Pour half into baked pie crust. Slice in 1 banana and pour the rest of the batter on pie. Chill and serve.
