Ingredients for making sauce:
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 cup vinegar
2 beaten eggs
1 cup mayonnaise - Add after cooking

Ingredients for eggs:
Yellow mustard
eggs - number needed
salt and pepper

Directions for making sauce:
Mix all ingredients together in sauce pan – except mayonnaise. Cook on medium-low heat, whisking constantly until mixture turns thick. Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise. Let cool. The sauce keeps in refrigerator for several weeks.

Directions for eggs:
Boil the number of eggs needed, remove from heat and put in an ice bath to cool. Peel eggs, slice in half, and remove yolks. Place yolks in a bowl, smash the egg yolks with a fork and add a small amount of mustard, sauce mixture and salt and pepper. Stir together; add more mustard and sauce mixture until desired taste and consistency is reached. (Start with small amounts of each, you can’t undo too much!) Spoon mixture into egg halves, cover and refrigerate until served or just eat as you go! Delish...
