2 egg whites
1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 small package chocolate chips
1/4 c. nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 300º.

Beat first three ingredients together until soft peaks form. Add vanilla. Add sugar gradually until stiffly beaten. Fold in the Chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls on heave brown paper laid on a cookie sheet. Bake at 300º for 25 minutes.
