3 jars baby food carrots
2 c sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c oil (I use 3/4 applesauce, 3/4 oil)
2 c flour
3 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp soda
2 tsp vanilla

Cream Cheese Frosting:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 tsp. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cream sugar, oil; add eggs, add dry ingredients then carrots. Bake 45 minutes at 325° F in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
