2 cups powdered sugar (or more)
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 t. extract (peppermint, butter, mint, etc.)
food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together powdered sugar, cream cheese, extract flavoring and food coloring. Roll in small balls, then roll in granulated sugar (so they won't stick to the molds).

Press in mold and pop out. Texture must be very thick as they harden very little. Makes 71 roses, 129 leaves. Good for wedding or shower mints.
