1 16-oz package frozen corn, broccoli and red pepper
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp chopped onion
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup milk
1 1/3 cups saltines, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
1. Over medium heat bring vegetables to boil, cover 5-6 minutes or until tender.

2. Sauté onions in 1 Tbsp butter.

3. Add soup and milk and stir until smooth.

4. Add crackers.

5. Bake uncovered at 350º for 25 minutes.

Makes 6 servings.
