1 (16oz) Package Potato Gnocchi
1 c Heavy Cream
1 Sprig Rosemary
1 1/4" thich slice of Ginger Root
2 T Unsalted Butter, at room temp
6 T Parmesan Cheese
3 T Fine Breadcrumbs
4 oz Gorgonzola or other mild blue cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1) Bring cream, rosemary, and ginger to a boil in a small saucepan. Remove from heat, cover and let seep for 30min.
2) Cook gnocchi according to package directions
3) Preheat oven to 375º. Butter 1.5qt dish with 1 T butter and put gnocchi in bottom
4) Mix 3 T parmesan cheese, remaining butter and breadcrumbs in small bowl
5) Strain cream mixture over gnocchi and sprinkle crumbled blue cheese over the top
6) Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese, then breadcrumb mixture.
7) Bake until bubbling and topping in browned, about 25-30min
