1 envelope extra crispy Shake'n Bake
1/4 cup Kraft Light 100% Parmesan grated cheese
1/4 cup light miracle whip salad dressing
2 T. milk
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Directions:
Directions:
Coating Mixture: combine the Shake'n Bake and Parmesan cheese together in glass pie plate.
Dressing Mixture: mix the miracle whip dressing and milk together in small bowl.
Place chicken breasts, one at a time, into a freezer bag and pound them enough to flatten. Then dip the chicken breasts in the dressing mixture and then into the coating mixture. Place on lightly greased baking sheet and bake @ 400º F (200º C) for 12 minutes or until done.
