5 lb. chicken wings
1/2 c. shoyu
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. mirin
1 clove garlic (grated)
1/2 tsp. grated ginger
1 Hawaiian chili pepper (cut in half)
1/2 c. green onions (finely minced)
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine shoyu, sugar, mirin, garlic, ginger, chili pepper, and green onions.
2. Combine flour and salt in a bag.
3. Coat chicken with flour mixture and deep fry.
4. Immediately dip chicken into the sauce mixture. Soak for 1 minute.
5. Remove the chicken and sit it on a wire rack to drain, catching the sauce to reuse for dipping.
