12 1/2 c. coconut milk (1 large can)
6 1/4 c. milk
11 1/4 c. milk
5 1/4 c. sugar
4 1/2 c. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a pot combine the sugar and cornstarch. Stir in coconut milk until it forms a smooth paste.
2. Stir in the milk and water.
3. Simmer on low heat stirring constantly until the mixture thickens and coats the back of your spoon.
4. Pour into a dish and refrigerate.
