1 stick butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Chinese parsley or green onions (minced)
garlic (minced)
Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together.
(Prepare just before serving with steak or else the butter will separate)
2. Cut steak into 2 inch pieces and toss in sauce.
