1/2 lb. jellyfish
1 lb. cooked chicken
1 medium turnip
1 medium carrot
1 large cucumber
1 tsp. sesame seeds
2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. shoyu
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
dash of cayenne pepper
4 Tsp sesame oil

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash the jellyfish. Soak in fresh water overnight in the refrigerator.
2. Rinse the jellyfish, drain, and shred.
3. Cover the jellyfish with boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain.
4. Finely shred the chicken, turnip, carrot, and cucumber.
5. Arrange on a platter with jellyfish. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
6. Combine vinegar, shoyu, sugar, salt, mustard, cayenne pepper, and sesame oil. Serve this dressing with the salad.
