Ingredients:  
1/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. tapioca
2 3/4 c. milk
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix the sugar and tapioca. Let stand for 5 minutes.
2. Add the milk and egg.
3. Stirring constantly, cook on medium heat until the mixture comes to a full boil.
4. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla.
