1/2 lb. butter (room temperature)
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped unsalted mac nuts

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cream butter and 1/2 c. sugar.
2. Add vanilla, flour, salt, and nuts. Combine until they form dough balls.
3. Roll dough into 1 inch balls.
4. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 375º for 10-12 minutes or until the bottoms are slightly brown.
6. Place the remaining sugar in a shallow pan.
7. Remove the balls from the sheet while still hot and roll in the sugar.
8. Let them cool and then roll in sugar again.
