Ingredients:  
1 (10-12 oz) package frozen chopped broccoli
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup celery (optional)
1/2 (1 stick) cup butter
1 1/3 cups cooked long grain white rice
1 (8 oz) jar Cheese Whiz or about a cup of Velveeta
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1/3-1/2 cup of milk (if needed)

Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain. Saute onion and celery in butter. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes, until hot throughout.
