2-4 skinless Chicken breast
2 medium potatoes chopped
1 large onion chopped
3-4 carrots sliced
2 can seasoned tomatoes with chilies
1 can diced green chilies
1 1/2 TBSP chili powder
1 1/2 TBSP cumin
2 cans chicken broth (15 1/2 ounces each)
1 can evaporated milk
cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Simmer all ingredients (except milk) until veggies are tender and chicken is fully cooked. Then add evaporated milk. Simmer until bubbly. Serve over rice.
