2-3 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. ice water
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
oil to fill 1/2 of the skillet
pretzel irons

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat eggs, add sugar, and blend until dissolved.
2. Add cornstarch, flour, salt, and vanilla. (thick batter)
3. Mix and then add cold water.
4. Heat oil in skillet. Place irons in the skillet.
5. Deep fry each pretzel until golden brown.
