2 c. Mochiko flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 large can evaporated milk
1 can coconut milk
1 Tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
3 Tbsp. Ghirardelli cocoa
1/2 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix flour, sugar, evaporated milk, coconut milk, baking soda, vanilla, eggs, and cocoa together.
2. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
3. Bake at 350º for1 hour 10 minutes.
4. Melt butter in a pan. Pour into mixture and blend well.
