2 lb. or 20 taro leaves
1/4 lb. salted pork
1 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Wash the taro leaves and strip the membrane from stems.
2. Cut the salted pork into small pieces.
3. Brown the pork over medium heat for 2 minutes.
4. Add water and taro leaves & stems. Cover, bring to a boil, and simmer for 25 minutes (or until there is no "sting" or itching from tasting the leaves).
