1 c. mochi rice (washed & soaked overnight)
1 c. regular rice
1/2 lb. lup chong (steamed & diced)
1/4 c. roast pork
3 salted eggs (cut into pieces)
1/4 c. sauteed shrimp (diced)
1 c. diced taro
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 c. green onions

Directions:
Directions:
1. After soaking the mochi rice, drain it and place it in a 3 quart casserole dish with the regular rice.
2. Add lup chong, roast pork, eggs, shrimp, taro, and chicken broth.
3. Sprinkle the top with green onions.
4. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
