2 lb. clams (washed & drained)
black bean sauce
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
2 Tbsp. black bean sauce
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. shoyu
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. green onions (chopped)
Chinese parsley

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil and brown the garlic.
2. Stir in black bean sauce. Add clams and stir fry for 1 minute.
3. Add broth, oyster sauce, sugar, shoyu, and sesame oil. Cover and cook for 1 minute.
4. Combine cornstarch and water. When clams open, thicken the sauce.
5. Add green onions before serving. Garnish with parsley.
