1/2 c. butter (melted & cooled)
1 lb. (16 oz.) Mochiko
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. coconut milk
5 eggs (beaten)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. taro (cooked & grated)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine the Mochiko, sugar, brown sugar, and baking powder.
2. Add the butter, coconut milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and taro. Stir to mix well.
3. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
4. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
5. Cool and cut.
