1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 c. flour
3 egg yolks (beaten)
2 c. sliced apples
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. minute tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
1. Sift butter, sugar, and flour together & blend like pie crust.
2. Mix in egg yolks with a fork until the mixture is coarse and crumbly.
3. Cook the apples with sugar and tapioca for 15 minutes on the stove. Let cool.
4. Place half the crust mixture on the bottom of a 9x13 greased pan.
5. Add apples and sprinkle with some sugar & cinnamon.
6. Place remaining crust mixture over apples.
7. Bake at 425º for 30 minutes.
