Crust-
2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Filling-
2 8oz. package of cream cheese (softened)
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
8 oz. cool whip

Topping-
2 envelopes Knox gelatin
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
5 c. firm mangoes (diced)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Crust: sift flour and sugar together. Cut the butter into the mixture. Add the chopped nuts. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 20-25 minutes. Cool.
2. Filling: Add sugar and vanilla to the cream cheese. Fold the cool whip into the mixture. Chill. Spread on the crust.
3. Topping: Sprinkle the gelatin into the cold water to dissolve. Add the sugar and salt & stir thoroughly. Add the lemon juice and stir. Add the mangoes and cool.
4. Pour the mixture over the cream cheese and refrigerate until firm.
5. Cut into individual servings.
