1 can spam (1/2 inch slices)
6 c. cooked rice
1 package yaki nori
2 Tbsp. water
2 Tbsp. shoyu
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mirin
3 eggs
1/2 carrot
1 uzmaki kamaboko
1 takuwan
1 bottle furikake
1 bottle nori paste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat the water, shoyu, sugar, and mirin in a pan until the sugar dissolves.
2. Cook the eggs with some salt and fry in a thin layer.
3. Cut the carrot and kamaboko into thin strips.
4. Lay the nori on a clean, dry surface. Center musubi maker across.
5. Fill the maker halfway with rice and press down with cover.
6. Spread a thin layer of nori paste on rice.
7. Sprinkle furikake to cover nori paste.
8. Place the egg over furikake.
9. Add two strips of carrot, kamaboko, and takawan.
10. Cover with spam.
11. Fill with rice slightly over the rim and pack down with cover.
12. Fold nori over the musubi.
