3 Tbsp. corn oil
1 medium onion (chopped finely)
2 cloves garlic
3 large tomatoes (peeled & chopped)
2 fresh hot green chiles (minced)
2 Tbsp. cilantro
salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a heavy pan and saute the onions and garlic until soft.
2. Stir in tomatoes, chiles, and cilantro.
3. Simmer uncovered until sauce is thick and smooth.
4. Add salt to taste.
5. Serve on meat, fish, or eggs.
