1 1/4 c. margarine or butter
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 c. water
2 c. unsifted flour
1 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts

Directions:

1. In a small pan melt 1 c. margarine/butter and sift in 1/4 c. cocoa. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
2. In a large mixing bowl combine flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Add cocoa mixture and beat well.
3. Stir in 1/3 c. condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla.
4. Pour into a greased 15x10 jelly roll pan.
5. Bake at 350º for 15 minutes.
6. In a small pan melt the remaining 1/4 c. butter, 1/4 c. cocoa, and condensed milk. Stir in powdered sugar and nuts.
7. Spread the topping on the warm cake.
