2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 package phyllo sheets
1 c. butter (melted)
1/3 c. honey (heated slightly)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine nuts, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well.
2. On a flat surface, unfold phyllo and cover with a damp cloth.
3. Take 3 phyllo sheets, fold in half, and place on the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
4. Brush lightly with butter and sprinkle with nut mixture.
5. Repeat layering until all the sheets are used and end with phyllo on top.
6. Brush the top with butter.
7. Cut halfway through the layers in a diamond pattern.
8. Bake at 275º for 1.5 hours or until top is light brown.
9. Spoon heated honey over the baklava after removing from the oven.
10. Cool in the pan for 1 hour before cutting.
