1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. walnuts (coarsely chopped)
1/2 c. butter (melted & cooled)
4 eggs
3/4 c. crushed pineapple (drained well)

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and walnuts.
2. Add the butter, eggs, and pineapple. Mix well.
3. Pour into a greased and floured 9x13 pan.
4. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
5. Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
6. Cut into 2 inch squares.
