2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs (beaten with a fork)
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1/3 c. jam

Streusel-
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp butter (softened)
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions:

1. In a large bowl mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt together.
2. Beat the eggs, milk, butter, and jam together.
3. Add the wet ingredients to the flour mix just until blended.
4. Fill greased muffin tin 1/3 full.
5. Top with jam (1 tsp). Add more batter to fill 2/3 full.
6. Mix the streusel ingredients together until crumbly. Sprinkle the streusel on top of each muffin.
7. Bake at 400º for 15-25 minutes.
