1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of potato soup
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 lbs. small red potatoes
1 1/2 c. shredded cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika (optional for topping)

Directions:
Directions:
Wash potatoes and thinly slice.
Mix sour cream, soup, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl.
Add potatoes to mixture.

Oven: Place potatoes in 9x9 baking dish. Add cheese on top. Bake at 350º for 30-45 minutes. Top with paprika, if desired.

Crock Pot: Layer half of potatoes and half of cheese. Repeat. Cook on high for 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 hours.
