4 chicken breasts
1/2 packet Zesty Italian dressing seasoning
4 oz. cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can (4 oz.) mushrooms (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix seasoning, softened cream cheese, and soup. Mix in mushrooms.
Place chicken in crock pot and pour mixture over.
Cook on high 4-6 hours.

If you would like to serve it over pasta, double the ingredients for more sauce. Add milk if it is too thick.
