4 Raw Boneless Skinless chicken breast (8 oz. Each)
1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (15 oz.) Can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 (28 oz.) Can diced tomatoes in juice, low sodium is best
1 lb. Frozen and thawed organic corn (organic o avoid GMO)
1 (12 oz.) Jar of your favorite salsa, no sugar added
Add if you want:
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
14.4 oz. Chicken broth
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken on bottom of slow cooker and pour tomatoes and salsa on top and then beans and corn.
Cook on slow 5-7 hours until chicken falls apart when the pot is stirred.
