Streusel-
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. chopped walnuts

3 medium granny smith apples (thinly sliced)
3 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. butter (melted)
9 inch unbaked pie shell with high fluted edge
28 oz. jar of mincemeat (2 2/3 c.)

Streusel-
1. Stir flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon together.
2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
3. Stir in the walnuts. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, toss the apples with flour and melted butter.
5. Spread mincemeat over apples. Top with streusel.
6. Bake on lower rack at 425º for 10 minutes. Reduce to 375º for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
