white beans
one cup chicken broth
small potato diced
chopped onion
garlic
Kielbasa sliced
thyme
salt / pepper
1/4 tbs red wine vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Stir beans and broth together. Bring to boil, add potatoes and reduce to simmer. Cook partially covered until potatoes are almost tender. Meanwhile, saute onion, garlic, and sausage and stir into bean / potato soup. Add the thyme, salt and pepper. Simmer until the potatoes are tender. Add the vinegar just before serving. Taste for seasoning and garnish with a dash of paprika.

I usually use canned cannellini. And I generally don't bother to saute the onions and sausage separately but just add the beans, potatoes and broth to the sausage and onion after removing any excess grease. Make it as thick or as thin as you want.
