Pork Cutlets, Chops, or Tenderloins

Sauce:
2 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of onions (minced onion can be used)
1-1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
1/2 cup of white wine
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 cup of catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly coat a baking pan with Pam Spray or olive oil.
Mix sauce ingredients well and pour over the pork.
Bake an hour on 350 degrees (internal temperature should be 160 degrees).
