Ingredients:  
Crust-
2 sticks of butter
4 Tbsp. powder sugar
2 c. flour
½ c. chopped macadamia nuts

Filling-
1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
3 eggs (separated)
¾ c. sugar
½ c. milk
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. cinnamon
1 package unflavored gelatin
½ c. cold water

Directions:

Crust-
1. Combine ingredients and press into a 9x13 pan.
2. Chill for ½ an hour.
3. Bake for 350° for 20 minutes until brown.

Filling-
4. Cook pumpkin, egg yolks, ½ c. sugar, milk, salt, and cinnamon in a double boiler for 5 minutes.
5. Mix gelatin in cold water and add to filling.
6. Let the filling cool to room temperature and set aside.
7. Whip egg whites until foamy and add ¼ c. sugar gradually. Beat until stiff.
8. Fold whites into gelatin/pumpkin mixture.
9. Pour over crust and chill until firm.
10. Top with whipped cream.
