1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal

Mix together above ingredients and spread in 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350o for 20-25 min. Sprinkle with 1 cup chocolate chips. Let stand 5 min. Spread evenly; Mixed together
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 to 4 tbl cream

Drizzle over chocolate. Cut into bars
