2 lbs beef sirloin cut into pieces
garlic salt
3 tablespoons oil
1 cube beef bouillon
1/4 cup hot water
1 tsp sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 large green bell peppers, diced
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle meat with garlic salt. Brown in skillet. Once browned, place in crockpot. Mix bullion cube with hot water until dissolved; add cornstarch until dissolved. Pour over meat. Combine onions, peppers, tomatoes, soy sauce, sugar and salt. Pour over meat. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 6-8 hours.
