2 T butter or margarine
8 c finely shredded cabbage
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ c water

½ c sour cream
1 T sugar
2 T white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
¼ tsp. caraway seed

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter in large skillet. Add cabbage, garlic and water. Cover tightly and steam over low heat 10 to 12 minutes.

In small bowl, blend next four ingredients; stir into cabbage. Heat through but do not boil. Sprinkle with caraway seed.
