1 lb ground beef
1 med chopped oniion (1/2 cup)
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 (15 1/2 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
cheese
1 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley flakes
4 oz lasagna noodles
1 1/2 cup grated mozzerella

In med saucepan cook and stir meat, onion, salt and garlic poder until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 min and stir occasionally.
Heat oven to 350 º, mix cottage cheese and parsley. In ungreased gaking pan(13X9) layer half each - moodles, meat sauce, mozzerella cheese and cottage cheese mixture. Pepeat layers and spinkle with parmesan cheese cover and bake 40 to 45 min. Let stand at room temp for 10 min. Cut into spuares.
