2 (7oz.) packages Martha White Strawberry Muffin Mix
6 T,. cold butter
Filling:
2 (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/2 C. sugar
2 T. flour
1 egg
1 t. vanilla extra
Topping:
1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling and topping
1/2 C. chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Spray bottom and sides of 10 inch springform pan with no-stick cooking spray. Combine muffin mix and butter.with fork until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/3 C. crumb mixture, place in Fridge. Press remaining crumbs in bottom and partially up sides of prepared pan. Plan pan on cookie sheet and bake 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla in bowl. Beat on medium high speed for 2 minutes or until creamy and smooth.
Spoon this mixture evenly over partially baked crust spreading gently. Spoon pie filling evenly over cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mixture and chopped walnuts.
Bake 40 to 45 minutes longer or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Chill 2 hours or overnight.
