4 c fresh blueberries
¾ to 1 c sugar, according to taste
3 T flour
½ tsp. grated lemon peel
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
Dash salt

1 tsp. lemon juice
1 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Pastry for 2-crust 9-inch pie

Combine first 6 ingredients. Line 9-inch pie plate; fill with blueberry mixture. Sprinkle with lemon juice and dot with butter.
Adjust top crust, cutting slits to allow steam to escape; seal and flute. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, or until crust is brown.
