2 large tart red apples, unpeeled and diced (I like Cortlands)
1 large green apple, unpeeled and diced (I use Granny Smiths)
½ pound seedless green grapes, halved
½ c coarsely chopped pecans (or walnuts)
½ c finely diced celery
1/2 c golden raisins
¼ c plus 2 T mayonnaise
