Beef, chicken, or pork cut into small pieces

Any Veggies You Prefer (chopped):

Carrots
Broccoli
Celery
Onions
Peppers
Mushrooms
Water Chestnuts
Sugar Snap Peas

Directions:
Directions:
1) Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add hard veggies that take longer to cook (carrots, broccoli, celery, etc.). Cook and stir about 10 minutes.

2) Add enough broth to cover meat and veggies. Use chicken broth for chicken or pork; use beef broth for beef. Let cook for 10-15 minutes. Add soft veggies. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt, and soy sauce to taste. Thicken with cornstarch and water mixture. Let simmer until thickened and serve with cooked rice.
