2 cups grated zucchini
3/4 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 Tbsp. non-fat yogurt
3 Tbsp. oil

2 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cocoa
3/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
1) Mix zucchini, sugar, vanilla, yogurt, and oil with beater. Mix flour, soda, salt, cocoa, and sugar in separate bowl and stir. Add dry ingredients to zucchini mixture and stir just until combined.

2) Spread into a large, shallow lightly greased pan. Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes. Brownies are done when toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
