2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2 eggs
3 c. flour
3/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot coffee
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. nuts (chopped)

Filling-
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 egg
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1 c. semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Prepare filling by combining sugar, vanilla, cream cheese, and egg. Then add coconut and chocolate. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl combine sugar, oil, eggs. Beat one minute on high speed.
3. Add remaining ingredients except filling and nuts. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally.
4. Stir in nuts.
5. Pour 2/3 batter in a 9x13 pan. Carefully spoon prepared filling over batter. Spoon remaining batter on top.
6. Bake at 350º for 70-75 minutes.
