1 box white cake mix
1/3 c. dark rum
1 package of instant coconut pudding
4 eggs
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. oil
1 c. coconut

Frosting-
1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple & syrup
1 package instant coconut pudding
1/3 c. dark rum
1 container of cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat all ingredients.
2. Pour into two 9 inch cake pans.
3. Bake at 350º for 25-30 minutes.
4. For frosting- blend crushed pineapple (including the syrup), instant pudding, and rum. Fold in cool whip.
