1 cup Crisco
1 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbs. vanilla
1 3/4 cups white wheat flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
nuts (optional)
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 375.

Mix all ingredients. Be careful to not over mix.

On a non-stick pan place1 inch balls (rolled) of mix approximately 2 inches apart.

With a glass (lightly greased on the bottom), press down to desired thickness. Sprinkle with sugar or cinnamon (or both).

Bake for 7.5 to 8 minutes.
