4 chicken breasts
1 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
2 Tbsp. shoyu
2 tsp. bourbon or wine
2 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 stalks green onions (chopped)
3 Tbsp. peanut oil
1 c. cashew nuts
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. De-bone and slice chicken.
2. Combine hoisin sauce, shoyu, bourbon, cornstarch, and pepper.
3. Marinate chicken in this mixture briefly.
4. Heat oil and stir fry onions.
5. Add chicken and cook for about 2 minutes.
6. Stir in cashew nuts and sprinkle in salt to taste.
